4 Seasons Wine is 100% committed to your satisfaction. If you should ever have broken bottles or delivery problems of any kind, please call us at 1-800-842-4050 within 60 days following the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for any package problems after this 60 day period. We will always work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
Fine & Rare Wines
Due to the limited availability of our Fine and Rare Wines, we are unable to offer exchanges and we do not offer refunds or returns, as is the practice of fine wine auction houses. Once the wine has been shipped from our cellar the sale is final. Please see the fine & rare policy letter that is included in all Fine & Rare Wine orders.
