Although the Fine & Rare program is an adjunct to our main business here at 4 Seasons, we go to great lengths to ensure that your experience with these special products will be as exciting as the wines themselves. Therefore we only offer wines which have benefited from proper storage prior to, as well as after our acquisition of them. These wines are carefully inspected by our qualified experts before offering them for sale.

All wines, but especially older examples, are always subject to bottle variation as well as possible cork failure. In this regard we follow the practice of the wine auction business and do not warranty the actual quality or consistency of any wines purchased under this program.

As posted on our website or through advisement from our personal Wine Consultants, any purchases of wine from our Fine and Rare program are final. Other than incorrect shipments or shipping damages covered by insurance, no refunds, returns, or exchanges can be accepted once the purchase has been made.

We take great pride in offering a broad and deep selection of fine wines, including some of the world’s rarest bottles, and sincerely hope that you will deeply enjoy these magnificent products.
