Don Cayetano is an excellent example of the fruit-driven Cabernets emerging from Chile. As Decanter magazine noted recently, ”conditions in Chile produce a style of wine which displays the finesse and balance typical of Bordeaux.” Put their extra fruit purity too. Thanks to warm sunny days, cool dry nights, natural irrigation, and a cool draught from the Andes, the vines thrive, resulting in healthy grapes with terrific fruit concentration.

Pure black currant on the nose with classic mint and a hint of paprika. Full-bodied with rich cassis and red berry fruits over silky, rounded tannins. 14% Vol. Enjoy to 2012.
